At Universe Cloud, we take your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when using our services (Starter Cloud, Nexus Pro, Network Hub, and our main website).

1. Information We Collect

To operate our service and manage the credit-based consumption model, we collect the minimum amount of information necessary:

  • Account Information: Email address required for registration, password recovery, and sending access credentials.

  • Payment Information: Universe Cloud does NOT store or process your full banking details or credit card numbers. All payments are securely processed by our third-party payment providers and Merchants of Record (such as Lemon Squeezy). These providers manage your financial data under their own strict security standards (PCI-DSS).

  • Technical Data & Usage Logs:

    • Website: We collect basic session cookies and anonymous analytics to improve navigation.

    • VPN/SSH Services: To accurately calculate Cloud Credit consumption and prevent abuse, we record operational metadata, including: data volume transferred (Bandwidth), connection duration, and timestamp.

    • No-Activity-Logs Policy: We do not inspect, monitor, or store the content of your internet traffic, your browsing history, or DNS queries. We track how much data you use, not what you use it for.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data exclusively to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our infrastructure.

  • Calculate credit usage and enforce plan limits (Starter Cloud, Nexus Pro, Network Hub).

  • Process your transactions and validate licenses.

  • Send service-related emails (credentials, system alerts, important updates).

  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activities that violate our Terms of Service.

3. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • Service Providers: We share necessary transaction data with our payment processors (Lemon Squeezy, Wix, PayPal) solely to facilitate payments, fraud prevention, and tax compliance.

  • Legal Compliance: If we are required by law, pursuant to a valid court order, to cooperate with authorities in cases of serious criminal activities (such as cyberattacks or distribution of illegal content).

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures (such as SSL/TLS encryption) to protect your personal information during transmission and storage.

  • Note for Network Hub Users: While we secure our platform, users integrating their own third-party VPS are responsible for the security patches and access logs of their own external servers.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data stored in our systems (such as your user account). To exercise these rights, please contact us at our support email.
