Payments and Refunds

1. Payment Processors & Merchant of Record Our order process is conducted by our authorized online reseller, Lemon Squeezy (and/or PayPal, where applicable). Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for these transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of service of our payment processors.
2. Digital Nature of Goods All services offered by Universe Cloud (including Starter Cloud, Nexus Pro, and Network Hub) are intangible, digital goods. No physical items will be shipped.
3. No-Refund Policy Due to the digital and instantly consumable nature of our services, all sales are final.

Service Delivery: Once the Cloud Credits have been assigned to your balance, or the Access Credentials (License Keys) have been generated/revealed in your panel, the service is considered successfully delivered and consumed.

No Exceptions: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once delivery is confirmed, regardless of the payment method used.
4. No Recurring Subscriptions Universe Cloud operates exclusively on a Prepaid / One-Time Payment model.

We do not charge automatic recurring subscriptions or hidden renewal fees.

Since there are no automatic charges, there is no need to "cancel" a subscription. You simply purchase more credits or licenses manually when you need them.
5. Technical Issues Exceptions to the No-Refund policy may be considered solely at our discretion if there is a verifiable technical error on our end (e.g., you paid for credits but the system failed to add them to your account). In such cases, please contact support immediately at universecloud.network@gmail.com.
