Welcome to Universe Cloud. By accessing our website, using our secure tunneling services (SSH/V2Ray), or purchasing any of our credit packages or access licenses, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms.

1. Service Description

Universe Cloud provides network infrastructure and privacy services through secure tunneling protocols. Our services are structured into the following access levels:

  • Starter Cloud: Connectivity service designed for personal use, providing secure on-demand access via standard protocols.

  • Nexus Pro: A medium-capacity management solution that grants the user tools to manage multiple connection profiles.

  • Network Hub: An advanced infrastructure suite that allows for the integration of third-party VPS servers, domain management, and automated protocol deployment.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

The use of our services is strictly regulated. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Using servers for illegal activities, hacking, phishing, carding, or malware distribution.

  • Performing DDoS attacks or port scanning.

  • Sending SPAM or unsolicited bulk emails.

  • Downloading or distributing copyright-protected material (Piracy) or illegal content (CSAM).

  • Excessive bandwidth usage that degrades the service for other users (on shared nodes).

2.1. Brand Neutrality and Configurations Universe Cloud is a neutral infrastructure provider. It is strictly prohibited to use names, logos, or registered trademarks of third parties (including, but not limited to: Internet Service Providers (ISPs) or Mobile Carriers) in the titles, descriptions, or public interfaces of configurations hosted on our platform. The user assumes full responsibility for the connection parameters introduced.

Violation of this policy: Universe Cloud reserves the right to immediately terminate any account detected performing these activities, without prior notice and without the right to a refund.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and access keys generated in Nexus Pro or Network Hub. Universe Cloud is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the theft of your credentials by third parties or due to misconfiguration of your own VPS servers.

4. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

  • Prepaid Model: Universe Cloud operates under a credit-based or one-time payment license model, not automatic recurring subscriptions.

  • Payment Processors: By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of service of our secure payment gateways (such as Lemon Squeezy).

  • Digital Nature: All services offered are intangible, digital goods.

  • No-Refund Policy: Once the service has been delivered (credits have been assigned or panel access has been enabled), no returns or refunds are accepted, given that the product has been consumed/revealed. This applies regardless of the payment method used.

5. Specific Terms for Nexus Pro and Network Hub

By acquiring advanced management licenses (Nexus Pro or Network Hub), you agree that:

  • You act as an independent administrator and not as an employee or agent of Universe Cloud.

  • You are solely responsible for providing basic support to the end-users you manage through your dashboard.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your users comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

  • For Network Hub users: Universe Cloud is not responsible for failures, data loss, or security vulnerabilities in external VPS servers (third-party infrastructure) that you choose to connect to our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is offered "as is". Universe Cloud does not guarantee:

  • That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free (100% uptime), although we strive to maintain maximum stability.

  • That the service will work with all Internet Service Providers (ISPs) due to external blocks beyond our control.

In no event shall Universe Cloud be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions derived from the use of the service or faulty configurations by the user.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw parts of the service (such as specific nodes or protocols) for maintenance or security updates at any time.
